The product was top notch, well prepared and well padded for shipment. For DYI it was a bit of a learning curve but the finished product was beautiful. I would have like a few spare nuts and acorn caps as a couple flew under the deck as we worked. The incorrect turnbuckles were sent but with a phone call webovernighted to us. Alex was very helpful. Would highly recommend working with this company.
Use their system for two flights of staircases during a remodeling of a townhouse in New Jersey. The salesperson was fantastic. He was always available for a call and provided great advice to me during the selection and ordering process. More important, he was available to my contractor to help guide him in the installation. The railing system is among the design highlights of my town home.
