On time and polite. Explained what he was doing and quoted price before he began work.
When someone is describing a job I expect them to take notes. This job was rife with forgotten details and miscommunications. Unacceptable at full retail price, which I paid. The install crew was thorough and clearly knew their jobs. Javier and Hector good work!
