This company is very sad indeed. When I first moved in it was Real Property and they converted over onto this Management which is very poor. I had to come in cleaning the apartment out because it was RAT droppings all in the kitchen and also was infested with beetle bugs!! They send out emails about your rent is due and what it would cost you if past due but not quick to fix anything! My kitchen sink was stopped up for at least two weeks or better and all they could say was they was working on another property that was worse... read more
This is the absolute worst Property Management company I have EVER encountered. I moved into a quad-plex and as soon as I signed the lease and paid the money, I could no longer get in touch with anyone. I called every telephone number published, left countless voicemail messages, emails, and texts and no one has gotten back to me. I have started to leave reviews on every public place I can think of. I would NOT recommend working with them if you can help it!
