Don't provide your email address or you'll be the recipient of endless email spam, even after unsubscribing numerous times and emailing them directly, the spam still comes. I had to eventually completely block all emails from stag (or maybe snag) electrical.
The whole process was painless. Initial sales call was great, very informative and easy to understand. Installation was great. Steve took the time to make sure that everything was just right for us.
Issues Raised promptly addressed and friendly Staff and left areas clean and tidy
I contacted this company for a solar quotation and was told someone would call me on a specific date and time. No one ever called. I followed up myself, but received no response; just complete silence. Good communication is essential when making a significant investment like solar, and this experience was disappointing. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend them.
