We have been going here for years and called on 4/17/20 to bring our 20 tear old dog in to be put to sleep. That was Friday. They told us that we could bring our dog in on Tuesday. Do you think this is acceptable. Let the dog suffer for 5 days. I emailed them and did not even receive a call or a response to my concerns and disappointment. RecommendedI get great care once I’m in the exam room and I love the doctors and techs. But it would be a nicer experience if the front desk staff were better organized. I was in a couple weeks ago w my 19 yr old cat who was having a hard time after having his tooth extractions. No one even looked at me. I know it was busy but a quick word to let me know they would be right w me would have been enough. When I spoke up, one of the women said “oh, I know exactly who you are”. How was I to know?
Our family has used Stafford Veterinary Center for over 30 years. Today as we struggled with a very difficult decision to put our 14 year old girl down, Dr. Mordasky was right there to make everything much easier for her and us. Thank you so much Doc for all you did for us.
I don't recommend I dropped off our new puppy's sample on Saturday full of worms waited all weekend never got a call I had to call them to tell me it was Negative and they would call me back for medication Which was@ 1152 and it's now 110 so I guess our puppy is No concern to them we will be going elsewhere!!!! now 114 still no call

I called on Sunday 9/8 to have an emergency vet visit for my sick sheep Teddy. Unfortunately, my sheep passed away before the vet could arrive 😢 The reason I write is because the doctor on call called me right back to comfort me. He was so supportive, encouraging and comforting! I will be calling soon to schedule a visit to my home for vaccinations for my 2 goats. Thank you for caring!!
The staff are wonderful especially Doc Mordasky and Tori. I always can get right in to be seen and doc even made a house call to care for my son’s goats

My visit was quick, efficient and affordable. The doctor gave me alternatives for my kitty's toe fracture and saved my little buddy the expense and headache of a splint. Doctor is straight forward, which I appreciate … thank you.
