We just renewed our lease for year five. I have lived here for almost a year with my husband and dog and have nothing but good things to say. The complex is quiet, safe, and well-lit with a beautiful pool to be used in the summer. Everyone that works here, in both the leasing office and the maintenance staff, is kind and helpful. I was super apprehensive about moving into an apartment complex but I was so pleasantly surprised! This is a great place for young professionals or anyone looking for maintenance free living.
My husband and I have lived here for a year and just renewed our lease for another. We love living in this community so much. There’s really so much to love. Lived here for over a year and love it. Management and maintenance are friendly and handle tenant requests in a timely manner. They keep grounds beautiful and I aiways feel safe here. Highly recommend Stafford Preserve.

Where do I begin, maintenance trying to force their way into my apartment while I kept saying no, the bugs and I means ants spiders it’s a problem in the townhomes but no one fixes weather stripping, the kids that spoke pot in the visitor parking at night, the insensitivity of making people relive traumatic experiences by trying to force them for dr documentation for service animals, the appliances that always are breaking, the wasps that made nests in the columns outside the building, belittlement from management, the unpro... read more
