I’ve always had good experiences with Dr. Mount. She always listens to my concerns and comes up with a treatment plan. I especially appreciate how I am able to get appointments relatively quickly compared with other offices.
Dr Kristy Mount is pompous, arrogant, and all around difficult to get along with. I had questions about different things given to my newborn and was told without a PhD I couldn’t understand the answer. Would not recommend.
I switched over to this practice a couple of years ago because my previous doctor of 30+ years was going to retire. I am so glad I found them! My doctor is Dr Kristy Mount. She listens and is thorough and comprehensive in providing excellent care! I am very grateful that I got in as a new patient before she had to stop taking new patients. Not sure what the point of a primary care physician is if when you have something wrong they tell you that you can’t be seen for weeks and to go to a walk-in clinic instead..
Doctor takes vacation more than I would like. Test results entered incorrectly, causing panic and misinformation. While the doctor is not around. I have been dealing with serious issue, and I am treated like a number on a bill. They do not care, we have to call in to correct our own data and their mistakes. This has been an unproductive experience and waste of money
