Mrs.Latisha is amazing so helpful and thoughtful she went over and beyond to help me out she answered every call and email and is always prompt on what was needed .
They are quick to resolve issues. Polite and courteous. Any guest staying longer than a two week period is considered a tenant and need to ask for permission or apply to be added to the leas. Some of the neighbors suck and they're nosey.
I lived here for 10 months, the staff and the general apartment is great! However, I ended my lease early due to all 4 of mine and my fiancé’s vehicles being damaged and 1 was stolen. This is a continuous problem here, it happened to multiple other people around me and to my knowledge, it’s still ongoing. I will say the staff at the apartment complex handled it so well, they didn’t make me pay a fee for ending my lease early and they gave me my full deposit back.
