Just walking in the building is amazing. You get a rush of simplicity, relaxation, and calm, which to me, coupled with the amazing massages and other amenities brings out the healing part. Exactly how I feel when I leave, relaxed and healed!
I was the fortunate recipient of the "Escape the Day" package for teachers. With the last week of school ahead of me, I am feeling the stress of working through a list a mile long. Amanda H. is a great massage therapist. She has helped me immensely with my sore neck and back. She uses the right about of pressure and I definitely feel much better after my sessions. I have been seeing her monthly which has really helped.
