I needed an inspection in a hurry, and Don even replied to my e-mail on the weekend. He made himself available, worked with both me and my agent, and had my final report to me about two hours after the completion of the inspection. He then made himself available to discuss the few issues, and even discussed them at length with a repair tech. All around easy, especially during a highly charged time in the buying process!

Don was very thorough on the home inspection for the house we're buying. Most importantly, he was happy to explain the deficiencies he found and how serious they were or weren't. He patiently went through everything with us. He also gave us good suggestions on further inspections and repairs needed.
