I am extremely disappointed with the care I received at this ER. I came in after injuring my heel, experiencing significant pain, and being unable to put weight on my foot without excruciating pain. X-rays were taken, and I was told that nothing was broken and sent home. Here’s the problem: The radiologist hadn’t even officially read my X-rays yet.
