LABOR AND DELIVERY REVIEW!! WOW! Where do I begin??? If you are pregnant, this is the best place for you to deliver your baby. Firstly- it’s so easy to find the entrance. That can be stressful when you’re rushing in labor. There is Only one main entrance and one emergency entrance for non visiting hours. My husband and I went through the emergency entrance at 4am and we were escorted by two sweet triage nurses. They asked multiple times if I needed a wheelchair and were very polite. I had the most wonderful birth experience at Stafford Hospital during my son’s delivery. From the check in desk, transport team, er staff, doctors, surgeons, lactation, registration, nurses, dining staff (including staff taking orders via phone, so pleasant) and housekeeping…I cannot say enough wonderful things! I can't say their wait times are great, bit they do have a big community with diverse problems to help with. However once you start receiving treatment it's kindness and efficiency the whole way from stepping into a room until you walk out the door. I've been in the ER twice in the past month suffering with respiratory issues and each time they have listened patiently, did everything they could do to ease my symptoms and provide skillful recommendations which have really helped. WENT TO THE HOSPITAL BECAUSE OF SEVERE BACK PAIN CAME OUT WORSE. PA BARELY PERFORMED AN ASSESSMENT JUST CAME IN AND OUT IN LESS A FEW MINUTES AND HAS THE NERVE TO WRITE BS ON MY CHART SAYING THAT SHE PERFORMED ALL ASSESSMENTS THAT SHE WROTE ON MY CHART YET SHE DIDN'T. Well my wife was in an accident and when I went into the ER nurse. I understand they’re tired but the rudeness of them. I said good morning no response, said it three times before a response. Then I could get screened and A temporary ID because the security personnel was there and the nurse didn’t know they were or when they would be back as she said. But I watch a couple behind me go in without a iD. if the Fire department didn’t bring her here I would of Definitely went to Woodbridge/ Fort Belvoir/ or even Fairfax
