Waited so far over 2 hours and havnt even been seen by triage
I just have birth here and had the best experience ever. This was my first child and I was super nervous and all of the staff were so patient and kind and explained everything to me. I really wouldn’t have wanted any other birth experience other than the one I had here.
I came here for an echocardiogram (ultrasound of the heart). I'd never been here before, nor had an echocardiogram. There is a reception desk that directs you where you need to go when you walk in. I had an appointment at 2 pm and there was nobody else there, so check-in was relatively fast. The technician came to get me during check-in and she was incredibly nice and friendly. im honestly surprised this place doesn't have a class action lawsuit yet but i decided to leave a review because i saw everyone else's because i thought my experience was just rare and bad. around 2-3 years ago my grandma with cancer was admitted here not only did they miss her kidney failing they failed to give her any end of life care. and then they made it worse when a nurse came in and gave her a catheter which nobody put in notes for which ultimately gave her a infection and made her more critical. if you are dealing wi... read more
This should not be called a hospital but a place for nurses that hate their job and defy doctors orders and act like its a high school. I cant believe I had a nurse that forgot to give me medication and I had to help her scroll down the screen on my chart where all the meds where she wasn't giving me. The other nurse was saying she refused to give me meds the doctor ordered then she got mad at me and refused to speak to me during her shift. I asked for higher management but they never came.
