On the Facebook of stafford auto dealer I saw a car I messaged them to give me the last price and they messaged me is 5000 dollars is okay and I asked if I could get an address to come see the car when I went to the auto dealer they were trying to play games with me they aren’t good people they were rude with me and when I told them that they gave me a price on Facebook they said on Facebook we troll people please don’t go to this auto dealer your time will be wasted I will be putting the screenshots of the messages on here
Amazing customer service!! The owner of this dealership was very helpful,friendly,polite and straightforward! Bought a nice used car thats running strong and was even told if any issues to let him know. No known issues car runs perfectly and id highly recommend this dealership!
We are extremely satisfied with Stafford Autos and especially Mr. Alex answered every single question we asked him. He was very professional and kind and super helpful. We drove almost 6 hours to see and test drive the vehicle. He held the vehicle for us till we got there. Paper work process was flawless and quick. Smooth process and no issues whatsoever. 10 stars if i could give it. Do not hesitate to purchase from Alex.
