Michelle and Liam have been great to work with for both my commercial and personal properties.
Liam was fantastic to work with! He was prompt, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions in detail. He made the process of setting up my auto insurance quick and seamless—we had everything sorted out lickety-split. I'm also grateful that Conestoga College chose this company as our discounted insurance provider. It was a great experience from start to finish, and I highly recommend Liam to anyone looking for knowledgeable and efficient service.
Poor customer service from all brokers. I had to have help from RIBO as Adam and Jodie were wrongly taking instruction from only one party during separation and continue to do so. Very shady brokerage. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!! UPDATE-they renewed the policy after I signed a cancellation then wa t to charge me a cancelation fee. This brokerage is a joke. Broker did not aid to help us find a new insurance company. Customer service is unreliable. Very disappointed. Definitely not recommended
My experience with David P. was absolutely amazing. He was very kind, patient, professional. He went above and beyond to ensure that my requests were met, and in a timely manner. He was also very thoughtful and tried to help me in whatever way possible. I’m very happy that he’s my broker as I am positive that I will be receiving exceptional services on every occasion.
