I was suffering with back strain. My physical therapists at Providence could not see me for two weeks. Dr Stady saw me the next day and he dealt with the problem. I don't need physical therapy now!
Life changing experience. I have been in pain for month, I could not lift my right leg up more than 3-5 inches of the ground. After the first treatment i was able to lift my knee up to the door handle. Please don't hesitate and make an appointment as soon as you feel any lower back pain and or pinched nerve. 10+++

I moved away from the area just over 2 years ago and will be driving 200 miles one way to have Dr. John help me out. Nadina in the office is the best too!
I have been to many chiropractors in the 25 years I've been managing back pain (as I have moved several times over the years), and Dr. John Stady is one of the best. Gentle but highly effective treatment, great couch-side manner, friendly and caring. Can't recommend his care highly enough.
I always feel better after I leave, sore but better.
