Did this psychologist listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! They always listen carefully to what I have to say! Is this psychologist easy to reach in an emergency? Somewhat, they eventually called me back Was the provider's staff helpful and knowledgeable? Yes Was the psychologist friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Does this psychologist remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!
Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone. Did this provider have reasonable prices? No, it was expensive. Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Absolutely not, they are not trustworthy at all Were you able to relax during your appointment? No, I was on edge Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while.
Had I written this at the time I was a patient, I would not have been able to appreciate all that the Doctors and staff did for me. Being treated for depression is a difficult time and the individual tends to see only the negative. But the doctors and staff were very patient and tried very much to understand and to work with me as an individual, not just another mentally ill patient. Months later, the doctors and staff would recognize me in the parking lot and acknowledge me. This does not happen in most hospitals/clinics.
I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing at all. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They had some what flexible appointment hours if u want to see someone 1 hour a week and were willing to work with my schedule as long as it was a hour a week and 15 minutes with the DR.
