This is my first year at Stadium Way, and I have really enjoyed it! The Managers are super nice and helpful with anything that I need. They keep us up to date with things that are going on around the apartments like the Internet, snow removal, reminders about paying rent etc. Any maintenance, (which has been minimal) is good work, and it is completed quickly after the request is sent. The atmosphere is good! There are tons of friendly people that live here! I would definitely recommend people live here!

I love stadium way. The managers are really helpful and have always come over when we had a maintenance problem. Our utilities have worked pretty good. The grounds are always nicely kept. It's my first year at from home and i have felt safe and really enjoyed myself.
I am in Stadium Way this year and I really enjoy the apartments. The managers are extremely helpful and seem to take into consideration things you tell them instead of just brushing it off. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because of the internet. However, the internet all over Cedar City isn't great. It's also hard to manage internet in an apartment complex where so many students are streaming movies, netflix, xbox, etc. I would recommend coming to stadium way, excellent managers, hot tubing is a great way to me... read more
