I really enjoyed my time at SVF thanks to the new manager Jess! She really turned the place around!
Jenny (who works in the leasing office) is amazing! She’s very kind and has a great understanding of students.
Kinda pricey but kind and friendly management and all the amenities make up for it, stainless steel appliances and in unit washer and dryer is awesome, super accommodating with changes needed to my unit for a progressive disability. Maintenance regularly fulfills requests within 48 hours. Good atmosphere for college kids who want to make friends :)

You can tell they genuinely care about their residents and the property — they’re responsive, detail-oriented, and always a step ahead when it comes to maintaining a great living environment. Living at Stadium Village Flats has been a genuinely positive experience. If you’re a student at the University of Minnesota, especially anyone involved with the Carlson School or East Bank classes, the location simply can’t be beat.
