Great place to live, with amazing management who are always so helpful!
I’ve been living here for eight months with my kitten (YES it’s cat friendly!) and it’s been nothing short of amazing!! The staff here are great. Management does a wonderful job of communicating with residents and keeping us updated on things going on around campus! They also set up super cool events around the holidays (gift wrapping, pumpkin painting) Maintenance is also super nice and on time, they do a very good job at making sure your apartment stays fixed!
I’ve been living for 1 year and it’s been an amazing experience! The management team is responsive and always willing to help with any concerns. The maintenance staff is quick and efficient, ensuring the building stays in great condition. The community is friendly, and the location is perfect—close to metro transit, campus, other restaurants. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed home!
The staff/managers are extremely kind and create fun events for residents to attend. They really make it feel like they care about residents. The price is great compared to other apartments in the area, and I haven't really had any "you get what you pay for moments." One of the biggest pluses is how safe the area feels.
