love living at Stadium Village Apartments! The units are spacious, well-equipped, and the location couldn’t be better — it feels like on-campus housing because it’s so close to the University. The community manager is very kind, attentive, and always makes sure residents’ needs are taken care of. The price is fair, and the area is full of restaurants and has a great grocery store, Thymes, just around the corner. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff always does an excellent job with any repairs I’ve needed.... read more

Great place to live, with amazing management who are always so helpful!
I’ve been living here for eight months with my kitten (YES it’s cat friendly!) and it’s been nothing short of amazing!! The staff here are great. Management does a wonderful job of communicating with residents and keeping us updated on things going on around campus! They also set up super cool events around the holidays (gift wrapping, pumpkin painting) Maintenance is also super nice and on time, they do a very good job at making sure your apartment stays fixed!
