The QUAD has a VERY unprofessional management. They had Concierge Utility Company charge $100 for electricity for a month when I hardly stayed in the unit for that month and refused to help me resolve it. Another month, I was charged 2 months rent instead of one and no one reached out to resolve it, like it was my fault. Came out to find car being towed from my paid parking place because the management mistakenly assigned it to another person.
