The Quad is a great place to live with very friendly staff! The managers, Lyla and Evie, are both very helpful and follow up on concerns brought up. I also always look forward to the monthly events that The Quad puts on! They're so creative! I've had to put in a lot of maintenance requests for my unit, and they're often quickly resolved! Some of the appliances were outdated/broken, and the maintenance team quickly replaced the appliance with a brand new one (shoutout to Brian for being so helpful with the maintenance request... read more

I pay $80 a month for a reserved parking spot (recently increased to $90) expecting security. Three weeks ago, someone hit my car in a hit-and-run in that lot. I emailed management immediately. After no response, a police officer also emailed them a week ago. I have called and visited the office multiple times asking for footage. They still haven't provided it. The manager, Evie, at The Quad on Delaware is exceptional and remarkable to work with! Evie is very kind, helpful, respectful, and values students as tenants and values their families as well. She is also detailed orientated, and she is always available to answer any and all questions in a rapid response time. Our daughter had a great experience living at The Quad on Delaware.
