I’ve lived here for about a year now and the staff is extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. I’ve had great experiences with Clint and Lyla especially. The events have been incredibly fun (especially the mac n cheese night) and I happily renewed. Any issue that has arrived has been solved by maintenance very swiftly. Would recommend.
Today I witnessed a manager interact with a resident whose package was missing in a very disgusting way. Instead of entering the situation with empathy and a solution, she was unfortunately met with immediate disrespect, hostility and being told they can’t, or in this case won’t help her. As a potential resident seeing how this young lady was treated was extremely distasteful. The tone and level of his voice was 100% inappropriate and rude. Loved the place and had a great tour experience. Rachel was super awesome! Edit: run away Most incompetent management I've ever encountered. They don't handle maintenance requests and the building is constantly dirty in common areas. This building is overdue an inspection by the city, the upkeep is so bad, multiple units would likely be condemned. Someone or a group of residents who have the time and money should consider appealing to the city of Minneapolis to address all the violations.
