you should rent it I have lived there since two years. I know it very well. THE WARD AND BISHOP ARE GREAT. The apartments have an amazing organization. All the people liked the bathroom because they are the huge in PROVO. They have big pool. the building is kind of old. But, the building is pretty and it has good structure. Also, you can save lot of money. the service is completely efficient. The manager is honest. and I recommend you. PEOPLE of 196 ward are great.
Cheap, Dirty, and Run Down The property was for sale, maybe that tips off why the place is usually the pits for rental charges, but then again rental conditions. The rooms are old, the windows are slits, and the walk to campus is far considering that the apartments are north of the Stadium which is a good 20 minutes away from any classrooms.
fun and social I lived at Stadium Terrace Apartments for two and a half years. I couldn't find anything I liked better. These apartments are great!! The location is great, both wards are awesome, is good for either very social people or those who just want to study. Nice big clubhouse. Every room is a very good size. Huge bathroom, good sized kitchen, etc. I lived there until I got married.
Stadium Terrace Is a FRAUD!!! This people stole all the money i paid for a room and when for causes that were out of my control i could not start school, they refused to give me my money back. This people is a FRAUD! Don´t sign a contract with them!!! FRAUD!!!
