DO NOT SUBLEASE from Stadium Suites! They hold the subleaser responsible for all DAMAGES and UNPAID items from the previous tenants. I was never allowed to view the apartment before I signed the sublease/lease paperwork. I had my car packed with all my stuff and had no choice but to sign to get a key. I requested a move-in inspection because it was trashed and FILTHY. At the end of the lease, I had to pay to replace the damaged carpet from the previous tenants.
