Stadium Medical is HORRIBLE! I’d rather die than be transported by this company. The EMT who accompanied me in the ambulance hit on me, gave me his number. Ray, I won’t be calling any time! Even more important, I paid my copay, was told my responsibility was met and I owed nothing. Yesterday I received a bill from a collection agency for $131. They took 3 months to send the claim to my insurance. It took another month to receive the bill. I sent payment and it took them 3 months to process it. My insurance paid 1000 and I paid 200. They kept sending balance bills even though it's protected by state law at this point in 2024. I called three times to sort this out with no answer or call back. I thought that their transports service was actually pretty good the techs a little younger about the driver was safe they brought me home from Colorado Springs from a hospital they were very nice kids their pleasure to talk with and they were safe and they got me into my home without a problem I would recommend them that's all I can really say they were pretty cool

Billed as in-network with my insurance, so was 100% paid by insurance. They negotiated price down with my insurance then secretly balance billed me for the difference Super shady company but unfortunately we didn't have a choice when our daughter had to get transferred to another hospital.
