Our drivers were the best ever! Not only did they make my mother, who is 85 years old, feel completely comfortable, but me as a receiver noted that they were so professional, friendly, at ease with her and very friendly to her! They are terrible
Despite telling them I was refusing care, they forced me into the ambulance anyway. After being taken to the hospital the medic on the crew admitted that I didn't actually need to be transported and that she hoped I learned my lesson about calling ambulances I didn't need. Horrible service, and the ambulance wasn't even called for me.
Stadium Medical tried to bill for items that according to our insurance company that are not allowed to be billed separately from the transport. It amounted to an extra $100. I called 4 months in a row simply trying to get the $100 removed from our bill and every time the service agent was a nightmare to speak to; they were rude, promised a call back from a supervisor, said they would re-bill our insurance correctly and never followed through with any of it.
