While the food was good the service is atrocious. Server tried to give us the bill when we still hadn't received our drinks. 40 wait to cash out our check which included the server forgetting we were there and said, "Shit! Sorry I really need to go to the bathroom and some nicotine." She returned fifteen minutes later smelling of marijuana. Tried again the next morning and my server kept walking by without a word and someone from the kitchen took care of me. Would not recommend this place.
We ate here while on vacation. We got wonderful, fast service. The staff was friendly, and made sure we were well taken care of. They sang to my daughter for her birthday and gave her free chocolate cake, she absolutely loved it!!
Arrived today as per posted business hours. Closed. Called and they stated they would indeed open by time of the championship game today, after all it is sports cafe. When we arrived back, 4 employees inside but we were told they were "not sure if they were going to open" by 3. Last week we were told they would love more local business. For the third year in a row, we received HORRIBLE SERVICE. This time, we waited forever to have our order taken. We sat for an hour and a half waiting for our food. We never received it and decided to walk out. We tried to pay for our drinks but the bartender wouldn't let us pay after she knew why we were leaving. The past two years, we were ignored for 20-30 minutes before our order was ever taken. I have loved to come to Kentucky for my daughters Archery Nationals. Not impressed. Two waitresses screwed up our drink order. And there was a problem with our appetizer order to the point that we still had not received it half way through our meal. We'll drive outside the hotel next time.
Excellent food! Very nice atmosphere! Found them when I attended DJ Trivia-Louisville on a "trial basis" on 11/5/15. It was a HIT!!! So they are going to have DJ Trivia on a regular basis after the 1st of the year. Getting through the holidays. EVERYBODY COME AND EXPERIENCE THE FUN, GOOD FOOD, AND THE BEST SERVICE AT STADIUM JOE'S! Call after the first of the year and see what night they will be hosting DJ Trivia.
Possibly the worst service I've ever experienced.
People expect five star shit. I think for its location and what it has, it's awesome. Nice tvs. Nice people. There is no hostess because this is shepherdsville, not louisville. I always get the exact treatment which is always good. And this is coming from someone who visits a lot.
I think they have the best wings ive had in a long time.
