Very happy! The management is super friendly. Maintenance responds immediately, if you have an issue (which is VERY rare). The grounds are immaculate and the complex is quiet. All neighbors are nice
In this apartment complex but I did clean for them earlier this summer, when I did the cleaner I asked the owner if I could bring another cleaner with me she said that it would not be needed, that the unit was not that bad, I come to find out that the person who had lived there had lived there for 5 plus years it was disgusting and I was the only one who did it and the only wanted to pay me $350, the the owner stated that they hire cleaners at a low rate to be able to get as much of the deposit back to their tenants, after r... read more
Have lived here nearly 9 years with my hubby and tbh I have no complaints. I mean yeah you only get one parking spot,but that's very common in San Diego.The facilities are clean and Maricela and the maintenance staff are very nice and helpful. They're pet friendly and they keep everything very tidy and that is much appreciated. Location is also great, close to lots of bars and restaurants so you have plenty of places to go that are a short drive or a nice walk to.
Safe place to live, I've become a regular outside and everyone is so friendly
I lived here for 4 years and loved it. Only thing was there was no central AC so it did feel like 100 degrees in the apartment during the summer. I would still be there if it wasn’t for the bf I met that wanted a bigger place than a one bedroom. Affordable and nice apartments. I moved out right when it became dog friendly.
