We just had appointments with Dr. Vo last week and we couldn't be happier with her staff or the selection of glasses. Exams were excellent and Dr. Vo explained what I need to wear my glasses for. We got two pairs of glasses and picked them up this week. We strongly recommend Dr. Vo's office if you need new glasses or just to check your eyes.
I came in to fix my glasses a few weeks ago. The doctor was not in the office but the staff was very helpful. They didn't charge me for it which was very nice. When I told a friend about it, he booked an appointment with the doctor and he was very happy with the contacts he received from her. Personally I haven't seen the doctor but I will when I need new prescription. The office's clean. The staff is great and from what I heard, the doctor is very kind and willing to spend time with you. It might take a few days to see her ... read more
I took my son to see Dr. Vo last month. No other eye doctors would spend that much time with him. My son is autistic and it was very difficult for him to sit and follow instructions. Somehow within 2 minutes, he trusts Dr. Vo and the exam was very good. He didn't need glasses and I am happy about that. Dr. Vo is very nice and good with children, especially special need children. She didn't seem to faze or scared of having a special need kid in her exam chair. She was not trying to over accommodate my son either. She really t... read more
Low Vision, Disabled, or Elderly patients: as a Legally Blind, 93 yo WWII Vet with advanced Macular Degeneration, please learn via my mistake(s): First, be aware that no one in the office attempts to assist you with any disability-related difficulty, including opening the door.. Fast forward: if you find you've made a grave error in purchasing your new, but inadequate eyeglasses or hand-held magnifier, they won't issue you any recompense -- not even for a $172.00 magnifier (they conveniently call it a "medical device"). I had exam about a week ago and even though the staff was wonderful and very helpful I could not get over how hot it was. I was sweating during my exam which helped make my decision not to choose glasses there.
I went to Dr.Vo's office last month and was very impressed with her office layout, staff and her glasses. Dr. Vo spent 20 minutes out of her busy schedule to discuss glaucoma with us because it runs in my family. She took her time to answer my questions as well as my mother's. My mother is very happy with Dr.Vo and i will tell you that she is not an easy lady to please. LOL. We got two pairs of glasses and would recommend Dr. Vo to our friends and family.
My visit to Dr Vo's office proved to be rather problematic. Dr Vo's exam was hurried and uncomfortable. Her responses to my inquires about her exam findings were curt and minimal. She may have excellent optometrist skills, however; needs to improve her communication skills with patients. I would not recommend Dr Vo to anyone at this time, particularly, children and elderly.
I went to Dr.Vo because of my chronic dry eyes and problematic astigmatism. I require that my corrected vision be 20/20 and no exceptions. Dr.Vo, is the only Doctor to be able to meet my demanding requirements. I will be a patient for life.
