I've used Stacy Sweeten as my insurance agent for 10 years and I've never once spoke with him. It is always his office staff and to get ahold of them is always a challenge. They very rarely answer their phone. Sometimes the message is returned same day and other times a week later. Also, don't try to get any help on Friday. They have pushed back and not been helpful with a claim I am working on. I should have switched agents years ago but am finally doing it now.
