Great experience. I was in a bind to move and they worked quickly to get me the house I needed. Always quick to respond to any issues I have as well.
My fiancée and I went to look at a house on Ralston rd and were utterly shocked. The 'fresh' paint job looked as if a 3 year old had just swatted at the ceiling and walls with a paint brush. The small house that went with the property where the washer and dryer go was atrocious. It had, apparently, been some sort of guest house of studio type of house and the toilet had been removed and the hole that leads to the sewer was left open and exposed. They are not professional. ...they don't fix anything. The apartment I live in has roaches and they won't spray. My dishwasher never worked. My air went out midsummer and they were more worried about getting rent instead of my children that were in the sweltering heat....DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. Go elsewhere I know I am
