Been waiting for Dr. Ong to show up for the past half an hour at the round rock location and now being told to wait for half an hour more or I will be charged $50 if I cancel the appointment now..what nonsense policy is this...
Office staff is very nice but I my appt was went Dr Stacy Ong and she is by far the rudeness doctor I’ll ever encountered. My results she has yet to discuss but yet I was told to just view them online. No follow up appt yet or anything. I will be seeing a different urologist this week because I just refuse to deal with this lady. If you’re looking for a urologist best avoid her and find someone who’s invested in helping you resolve your issues
