She is my mom so she’s a perfect angel
The front office staff rude & frequently offer false information. Wait times are absurd. Dr. is almost non-verbal and not very compassionate. Avoid at all costs, went to another Dr after wasting time, money and severe pain at this facility.
a god send...because of my condition, i had little relief from other doctors, dr. dan figured it out and iam now pain free
Dr Milanesa was my “Urologist” for my ER visit 3 days ago. Now let me tell you first HAND. This doctor does “patient profile” and will make you feel like a “drug seeker” if he thinks you’re in there for pain medication. He had a very bad attitude about putting a stent and basically told me “I’m doing the procedure but I’m not sending you home with any pain medication”. If anyone has struggled with A Uretal stent pain will understand the amount of pain i am in. But he won’t remove it because I
Dr. Milanesa is rude and seems to have no time for answering patient questions. When I ask a question his response is quick and short. Not clear. If I ask for clarification he seems annoyed to have to clarify.
Stacy had me take a bacteria test for a UTI. She told me it came back positive and prescribed cipro, a very strong antibiotic. Two weeks later, I did not feel any better so I saw a different doctor, who said that my previous test had actually been negative and I clearly did not have a UTI. No idea why she told me that I did. Turns out I have a kidney stone. Not only that, but she was rude and unhelpful during my visit. She treated me like I should have no agency in understanding my own health.
We saw Stacy recently in urgent care. My fiancee had a rash and had already been using a steroid cream that was not helping. Stacy looked at the rash for less than two seconds and prescribed a steroid cream. I told her he was already using a steroid cream and the rash was getting worse, and she looked at me like I was an idiot and told us to use the steroid cream she prescribed. Three days later and $100 poorer, the rash is worsening and clearly the cream is not working.
He performed a vasectomy on me previously. I saw him for a follow-up appointment after some complications. Dr. Dan Milanesa seems to be very experienced in his craft, but he has poor bedside manners, and did bother to walk me through the process of what he was about to do - which was terribly painful. It felt like I was an inconvenience to him.
This doctor performed a TURP procedure on my father a few days ago and didn't prescribe any antibiotic for after care. By day 2 after the surgery I have to rush him to the ER and find out he has sepsis. I spoke with doctor and told him my father said there was supposed to be antibiotics and the doctor replied "that is false your father was given antibiotics during the peocedure" I don't feel this doctor has any regard for his patients.
