Was 25 mins late for an appointment today. His appointment was scheduled for 11:15 GOT THERE AT 11:40. Spoke with 2 different people ON the PHONE. Called 3 times. 3rd time was on hold for 19 minutes. Once there the 3 women in the office wouldn't even ask if he could be seen. After being stuck in traffic. Very rude and disrespectful in office. So thankful for all the ways Stacy cares for her patients. She is gentle and kind and truly listens to all my concerns.
Stacy is a great Physician! She treats you like a patient should be treated. She takes her time to make sure that you understand your options. I have seen her for shoulder problems that were able to be addressed without PT or SX. Very happy with the outcome. Also went back to see her about a knee injury. Again, I was very pleased with her services.
