Had an 8 am appt. Mother is chair & bed bound therefore, we depend on senior Transit bus to transport to doctors. We arrived in front of clinic at 7:50 am- went upstairs and it was right at 8. Front desk, very nice and courteous- assistant came out 6 minutes later and informed us that we had an 8 am appt. I responded that we were here. Her assistant came back at 8:09 am and apologized that Dr. had moved on.
