I would like to thank the team at The Stacy Goldstein Center for their excellent, well-coordinated work and their attentive care. My visit to the center got off to a slightly rocky start due to some issues with my paperwork, but Ashley at the front desk helped me resolve everything quickly and patiently. Scheduling is huge problem. I called to get an appointment was told I need a prescription for a mammogram and ultrasound. When I asked why, they said because I had an ultra sound the last time. True, but it was not something I had a prescription for last time and they found nothing remarkable. But I need a mammogram, so I jump through the hoops to get the prescription call back to schedule mammogram. The new scheduler tells me, I need a prescription for a "diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound" not a regular mammogram and ultr... read more
Beyond frustrating experience. I had an appointment at 9:30am was told at 9:40 they’re running 20 minutes behind but yet I wasn’t seen until well after an hour after my appointment. The scheduling and keeping of appointments is obsurd here. I would not recommend this facility if time is of any importance to you
I had a great experience during my Biopsy, despite my nerves, the staff made me feel at ease. All staff from the front desk to the nurses in the back were very friendly, attentive, and helpful.
I love it. The customer service was above and beyond.
