In my years of buying and selling homes, I’ve worked with several realtors across states, and, sadly, my experience with Stacy Delisle at Impact Maryland Real Estate has been the most disappointing. Where I would expect a strong realtor to bring insight, preparation, and a clear strategy, her approach struck me as generic and low-effort — more like a basic transaction facilitator focused on the next commission than a true advisor.
