Dr. Brazier took adequate time to very clearly explain all details for the procedure, and she was both efficient and kind. She is exactly the type of anesthesiologist you want to see prior to surgery.
Hospital staff is rude, unprofessional and vindictive. Next time I'm in need of medical attention, I'd rather die than come back to this asylum.
I was in an ATV accident and was brought into a room upon arrival. That evening the ER area was slow and they multiple staff members working. Upon check in the nurse received the paperwork and disappeared for at least twenty minutes, when she returned she gave my family wash clothes and told them to clean the dirt and cuts on me. I was then suppose to receive x-rays and MRI but the nurse staff didn't do an IV so they had to again wait for the nurse to install the IV. Had excellent care, a private room and a great menu to select my meals from. No ice cold IV's, examining tables or wipees. They warm up everything before they give it to you, including blankets and towels. I never felt so pampered in my life. I was in orthopedics this time so I'm not sure if this policy extends to the entire facility. (I did have a less than pleasant experience in ER on 2 previous visits.)
