I recently had a telehealth appointment and I am grateful for the experience. She was attentive, compassionate, and really took the time to listen to my concerns about my severe anxiety. While I’m still waiting to hear back about my medication, which has left me feeling a bit overwhelmed, I feel hopeful after our session.
