RecommendedFantastic food where a gluten free person can enjoy fried food in a dedicated fryer - and every staff person I've come across is knowledgeable about the GF needs. We went again on Saturday and I told the waiter "I'm gluten free..." and before I could get another word out he said "I'll mark your entire order celiac and we'll make sure there is no cross contamination." WOW, that's almost unheard of. Stack'd is doing it right... and pleases even those without a special diet!
