This past winter one of my family members went into urgent care where he did not receive a thorough examination. No extra time was given no lab work was ordered. He was prescribed medication that didn't help his condition in fact they made his condition worse, and the after-visit report had a lot of wrong information in it. Had she taken the time with her patient I feel that the misdiagnosis could have been avoided. With that being said if I could give a negative 5 star rating for this Nurse Practitioner I would.
