Outside of the quiet and creek access, this place is horrible! Move in inspections don't include what's already wrong with the apts and then when you move out, they'll charge you for everything, including having to change their own locks, even though you returned all keys! The property manager is an absolute nut job! Who spends $1500 to replace 2 small rooms with carpeting, where there was no issues to begin with? Save your money and look elsewhere.
Do not move here, not kid friendly, they try to push you out if you have children, kids can't have power wheels, the can't use sidewalk chalk no remote control cars, they can't have anything outside,
Infested with roaches and bed bugs from previous renter. Landlord won't fix it.
