DO NOT MOVE here! The landlord is worthless. Allows people not on a lease to stay in apartments. I was sick for the entire time I lived out there. Come to find out why, was coming from the apartment next door. Neighbor was so high she told me all about it! Cats lingering because of what was being cooked. I lost 100% of my items because of whatever was coming through the walls. It effected myself and my pets. What items I was saving my son and grandfather were coming to get, she threw away. Outside of the quiet and creek access, this place is horrible! Move in inspections don't include what's already wrong with the apts and then when you move out, they'll charge you for everything, including having to change their own locks, even though you returned all keys! The property manager is an absolute nut job! Who spends $1500 to replace 2 small rooms with carpeting, where there was no issues to begin with? Save your money and look elsewhere.
Do not move here, not kid friendly, they try to push you out if you have children, kids can't have power wheels, the can't use sidewalk chalk no remote control cars, they can't have anything outside,
Infested with roaches and bed bugs from previous renter. Landlord won't fix it.
