Dr. Kemp has no empathy and/ or sympathy for me. I had concerns about my medical condition. She act like it wasn’t a big deal. Her response was unclear. She didn’t waist time leaving the room really quick. Be honest I am still confused and have no clue how I got this diagnosis. I recommended her to be retrain to have compassion for others and/ or replace her for someone who does.worse experiences ever!!!
Bed side manner needs a lot of work. I told her I had trauma and she kinda scoffed and said “i was gonna be gentle anyways but ill use the smaller speculum for you.” it seemed like it almost hurt her to say it. she also rushed me out of the office and i had questions to ask and she seemed annoyed that i had concerns. safe to say i will NOT be coming back thanks to her insensitivity.
My experience with was wonderful. very kind gentle patient informative. Let me ask all the questions I needed to ask. I could have not asked a better experience for my first visit. We all know we’re nervous when we first see a doctor, especially a GYN and I was very pleasantly surprised. I have already recommended her to family and friends.
Went for appointment, she ordered blood work, had blood work done, said she would call with results, called her office after 3 days of not hearing from her, 2 days later called again, 3 more days has pass and still no call.
Bedside manner is just horrible. Straight faced and dry I felt like we were in trouble or something. Its our first pregnancy. you have to be kidding me. Google the name and check all the other reviews of condescending and rude approach. Im not calling patient experience, you have it right here. Thanks and take care.
