Another wonderful dining experience at Stables. Celebrating our birthdays this evening. Peter is the absolutely best waiter ever! Very attentive without over-shadowing. Excellent ribeye, prime rib and sides. The best Caesar salad around. Cremé brûlée and bread pudding are the perfect desserts. **please consider bringing back balsamic glazed carrots, they are phenomenal.
