Recently we had several foundation repair companies come out and offer what they called a quote. But StableLift actually made things happen and explained every step of the process. Weston at StableLift reached out right away to let us know he was in charge of communications for the company now and his goal was to ensure the work was the best it could be, but also they would respond and communicate with us easily. I am so happy with the work they did and happy we went with StableLift over any of the other guys.
I don’t even know where to begin. They installed piers 5 years ago and I started having the same issues and they claimed it was a new problem (same cracks and cement they did cracking) and I had to have interior piers installed. Rather than removing the tack bar and carefully pulling back the carpet, ripped it back and now it doesn’t fit and will have to be replaced. We filed a BBB review in March of this year and they closed it after 2 months of no reply from Stablelift. Does that sound like quick action? They reopened it after Stablelift finally replied. No resolution ever occurred as Stablelift made false promises that they have not yet acted on.
