This is the WORST foundation repair company you could hire. we bought our home in September 2018 and it came with a Lifetime Transferable Warranty that the company will NOT honor. According to Jonathon who is a contractor for Stablelift, the seller of our home was supposed to finish paying the foundation company upon selling the home to us. The seller did not. We have been calling for two months !!! The customer service is awful . We need information on the add on they did to a house we just bought. The receptionist hung up and continues to ignore phone calls! She was rude from the get go next we get lawyers involved this is information based on the insurance of our house.
RecommendedExcellent service and price; Jonathan was so helpful and even agreed to a conference call with my brother at our convenience. The work was completed as scheduled. The house still moves but the repairs worked. The metal piers were placed under the major beam of the home through the garage floor rather than just around the perimeter of the house which no other company recommended.
🥺😢😭Just moved to Texas for work, our new place needed a foundation repair, not major but definitely needed to be handled ASAP. Called StableLift Foundation Repair and they made the repairs the next week. Everything looked great but then it all went down the toilet. These people are not trustworthy.
I posted a positive review but I changed my mind. I was so happy with the work they did, not any more. I wish we would not have went with StableLift over any of the other guys.😝
I mentioned these guys to all my friends all the time. I decided I shoudl show them a little love on social media as well, because we all find things we use online anyways. These guys were super helpful in making sure we could get the estimated done quickly and the work done fast as well. I was able to get it all done within a week while visiting last month. They just followed up with me and I am still so happy with the work they did on my house.
Other companies in the area just couldn't get it right the first time and had to come out mulitple times. Since moving into our new house last year, we learned that the foundation was messed up. This time around I wasn't going to go with a company that couldn't cut it in the past, so we came to Stable Lift. They ROCK! We never expected them to be so quick or nice when doing the work. I primarily live in San Francisco, however my Mom lives in Converse. We recently had Stablelift foundation repair fix her home's foundation after this winter weather finally took its toll on the foundation. I actually never knew they could just fix a foundation until we started the process of getting it fixed for my Mom.
