I can’t say enough wonderful things about The Stable DC! My husband and I had the most magical evening. The fondue was out of this world—so rich and flavorful. We started with the raclette appetizer, and it was simply incredible—the cheese was perfectly melted, and the fresh ingredients were just bursting with flavor. We visited The Stable while vacationing in D.C., and it was an incredible experience. My wife and I are big cheese and fondue lovers, and we make it a point to try different spots all over the U.S. whenever we travel. This place easily ranks as a 10/10 for us. The quality, variety, and overall experience were top-tier. Everything we tried was excellent, and you can tell they really know what they’re doing when it comes to cheese and fondue.
