Items are defective and they say they will replace with the same or different item and and never come through. They don't reply back and they leave you on hold. Will never buy from them again!
Dont waist your time or money. Purchasing anything from this company. They are nothing but a fraud. I placed an order a month ago that was supposed to be delivered in a week. The order never came and I have got nothing but the runaround bs.

look at the response I got from you can't return for refund. Thanks for writing us back. I have looked into your purchase and it does not qualify for a refund or an exchange since the item was on sale and discounted but my manager is willing to do full store credit for you if you return the product in new condition and you can purchase your replacement or any other products with the credit.
Worst company ever!! DO NOT BUY FROM!! **************** is non existing. Items on sale are non-returnable but don't tell you that when purchased. They just rob you of your hard-earned money!! Shipping is the worst and especially when you pay extra for 2-day shipping, yea right, more like 2 week shipping! Should have stuck to Amazon instead. I will spend every waking hour of my day warning people until they close their doors! I got time.
I ordered a compression garment after having to spend thousands on reconstructive surgery. There was no sizing chart so I ordered a medium and a large thinking I could return whichever didn't fit. Well, they offer everyone a discount which (unbeknownst to you when you are ordering) disqualifies you for returns..Only store credit. Why would I want a neck brace or any other medical product when the ONE thing I needed from them was terrible quality? I placed an Order, and I like the item but its too **** small, and it seems impossible to get in touch with them. I have never know a phone number to be busy from sun up to sundown. All i need is the shipping label to send item back for a larger size what in the world is their problem.
