I ordered an item from this company and it never arrived. I had the *********** track it and they cannot find it. I have called several times and you only get a machine that says to contact them by email and you will get a response within 24 hours. I have done that twice and never got a response. When I looked up reviews for this company there are only 1 star reviews and many claims of fraudulent business and very bad reviews. Do not use this company.

I bought from this company, only to find out when i received the shape-wear that they are not reputable, do not have a legitimate customer service department, and do not contact you back when you ask for a refund(which they make you be "approved" for a refund before authorizing the return). I purchased the sauna pants. 3xl. When they arrived it looked like they were made for little kids. They have an ati answering machine that states they can not answer phone. To contact them by e-mail. Purchased Back Brace for Posture Support from them in August 2023. The product does not look exactly like what is shown on their website. The materials quality is poor and therefore does not do what is claimed (to support your back). Contacted the merchant and they are only willing to provide the store credit if I return the product. Purchased compression leg stocking that was advertised as having silicone at the top to keep it from slipping down. My stockings kept falling down and looking at the inside of the stockings I did not see any silicone. I sent pictures of the item and requested exchange for the same item. Be very careful buying anything from this company. They would not let me return a knee brace I bought that appeared to be something different than what I bought.Don't get screwed like I did. Research other legit companies.

I placed an order but immediately within minutes, contacted them by email asking to cancel my order and I received a response after 3 days stating that under no circumstances do they cancel orders ( I should have looked up the cancellation l and return policy) which is horrible. the item cannot be returned since they said it was on sale so cant return for a refund.
