this company is a fraud and a scam. I purchased the sciatic brace online and was sent something different and inferior to the item shown. No instructions or directions were included. the item was of poor quality and nothing like the photo. when I asked for a refund they said no because it was onsale. they only offered me a 50% discount on another item and I had to return the original item at my own expense. their phone number doesnt work and you get only a recording saying they are not available. Stability pro comes off a** a complete scam!!! I was shipped cheap faulty equipment that never came on, and when I addressed the issue, they strung me on for 30 days so they would not have to replace or refund the item to fit their policyI was also told that if I agreed to pay the shipping again , they would ship me out another product although I agreed to that, it never happened
This is the worst company I have ever purchased from. I paid for 2 day delivery and received the package 6 says later. I requested the postage for 2 day delivery be refunded and they said all sales are final. What a dishonest company. Do not use this horrible and useless Stability Pro business for anything. I can't say enough bad things about this experience! It's a zero *************

I ordered a sciatic nerve brace. It was so big I couldn't velcro it shut. Then when I wanted to return it, I was told it wasn't eligible for a refund. But, I could have an instore credit or, if I didn't want to wait for them to inspect it and give me the credit, I could take 50% discount and order right now from the store. Wish I'd been patient and ordered it from ******** I could have returned it and gotten my money back.Just another way to get your money for subpar products.*************************
Company adds and policies are scams, worst customer services, their size chart is terrible with no refund or exchange.
This company is literally the worst business I have ever encountered. I placed an order an item but mysteriously after I clicked submit I got an email stating that I had ordered a quantity of (3) of the same item....one was size Medium...and the other two were size 3XL. I immediately tried calling and emailing to cancel, didn't work. Their refund policy on their website clearly states you have 30-days and they will issue a refund to your original payment method after they receive the item. I ordered a set of sun sleeves and when I went to check out I saw that they were showing a 2nd set of sleeves at twice the price of the set I ordered. I tried to cancil the 2nd set and it wouldn't let me. I sent them an e-mail and they responded that their policy states thet you cannot cancil and order. They told me if I return the set when I received it they would give me a store credit. I don't want a store credit and would never buy anything from them again. I wouldn't even give them a one start rating.
I'm trying to simply return an item but quickly realized their return policy doesn't exist. Tried a chat but no one's there. Tried calling but a recording said to email them. No credible business has you "email?" to find out how to return your purchase. Huge red flags!!! I fully anticipate further run around and a refund isn't going to happen I'm sure.
