Incredibly disorganized and dishonest. Jessica, Keevan, and Adriene at the office will lie to you over and over just to get you off of the phone. They do not properly notify tenants. The upkeep on their properties is abysmal. And things will go missing after their contractors are there and they will not follow up with them for you to get items back.
