I wrote a negative review a little over a year ago where I over reacted to my yard's appearance after the previous Fall's 2 treatments. Recently I ran into Sta-Green's owner who sincerely wanted to resolve my concerns. However I didn't give them the opportunity to do so. So I'm sorry for my over reaction on my review and really appreciate their sincerely in wanting me to be satisfied.
Tried this for the first and now the last time. More weeds than ever. Now have to find something to get rid of all the extra weeks. Would not recommend.
Sta-Green (Spectrum Products)I purchased this product and used as directed. It killed my lawn and the weeds didn't die, but kept right on growing. I contacted the company and a David Glendening contacted me. He is supposed to be a Consumer Care Supervisor. He ran me through all kinds of things, from getting pictures, to estimates and filling out paperwork. Took me some time to do this. One thing I've learned with Sta Green in Rowlett TX is that if you have an issue with any part of their services it's best to keep it to yourself. They become very defensive at the slightest hint they have made an error or performed an unsatisfactory level of service. In their mind the customer is always wrong so by all means don't voice your opinion. I have had two different situations where I tried to express my concerns to one of the owners.
