Stacey, the front desk employee, is compassionate and kind. She greets every patient with a smile and a friendly greeting. Her customer service skills should be taught to others. The front desk is vital to a physician’s office. It sets the tone. Stacey is doing an incredible job. Her supervisor, Michelle, is just as compassionate and is doing an amazing job at hiring exceptional employees.
