The one star they're getting is for Dr. Moore, Samantha Berry ARPN and a nurse they used to have named Latoya. The receptionist is VERY rude and lacks empathy. You walk in and they act like your presence is bothering them. You call on the phone and all you get is a bad attitude like you're interrupting something important. I've had bad experiences upon bad experiences with myself, my husband, my dad and this has to change. If you can tolerate bad service and just focus on the doctors, good. If not, find a kinder care.
I had very positive experiences for about a year until one particular day surrounding my ESA. I was in tears during my pap due to it and didn’t feel very comforted. This office does not know the laws & regulations surrounding Emotional Support Animals if that is something you need. I have since changed doctors.
Great doctor, solid staff. Dr Moore has done a great job as my GP. Diabetes has been under control for 4+ years. The office contacted me to schedule my first COVID vax. None of my friends have such a proactive health care provider. My wife had knee replacement at their hospital’s surgery center. Immaculate.
I have been going here for about 3 years and have had only great experiences with Dr. Moore, Samantha Barry and the staff. This is a great organization and they take the time to talk to their patients and help them. Thank you for excellent patient care and service.
